Following are answers to some of the most frequent questions that are asked about therapy visits:

  • What do I need to bring to my first visit?

If you have completed any new patient paperwork forms in advance, please bring those with you along with your insurance card(s).

  • How should I dress for my appointments?

We recommend that you dress in casual loose fitting clothing and wear either casual or athletic shoes.

  • How often will I need to come for appointments?

The number of appointments and their frequency varies by your diagnosed condition and proposed treatment plan, which will be recommended by your therapist at your initial evaluation.

  • Will my insurance pay for therapy?

We accept most insurances. At the time of your first visit, we will have verified your insurance coverage and copay amounts, and will review with you at the free evaluation.

  • If I am a parent bringing a child to therapy, will I be able to attend the therapy session?

Yes, please attend to help learn and carryover home exercise programs. Depending on the age of your child and his/her condition, you may participate in the child's therapy session. If the therapist believes it is better to work with the child alone, they will communicate this to you and discuss the session with you at the end of each treatment.
