Randie graduated from Simpson College in Indianola, IA with a degree in Health and Exercise Science,
followed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Des Moines University in Des Moines, IA. She
most recently completed a clinical internship at GO Physical Therapy at CHI St. Francis Hospital in Grand
Island, NE. Randie is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Iowa Physical Therapy
Association.
In her new role, Randie will evaluate conditions and construct an individualized treatment program for
adult patients at our adult clinic on Pennsylvania Ave. and our downtown clinic inside Crescent
Community Health Center.

Lindsey graduated from Southwest Wisconsin Technical College with an associate degree as a Physical
Therapy Assistant and a bachelor's degree in Health and Human Performance and Exercise Science.
In her new role, Lindsey will provide Physical Therapy and related services for patients under the
direction of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) and provide quality patient care including ongoing
treatment plans, supervision of Rehab Assistants, and case management responsibilities.
She will be primarily located at our Elm St. clinic inside the Crescent Community Health Center building,
and at our Lancaster, WI clinic.

Amanda graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Clarke University, followed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Clarke. She is also a Certified Athletic Trainer and ART (Active Release Technique) certified.
Amanda brings nearly 20 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist. In her new role, she will evaluate conditions and construct an individualized treatment program for adult patients at our clinic on Pennsylvania Ave.
Prior to joining Unified Therapy, Amanda worked as a Physical Therapist for UnityPoint Health - Finley/Vitacare in Dubuque.

Unified Therapy is pleased to announce the arrival of Rachel Miller, as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Rachel graduated from Western Technical Collage in LaCrosse, WI with an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy.
In her new role, Rachel will provide our occupational therapists with the assistance they need to properly treat patients and help with developing and implementing treatment plans, directing activity programs and keeping records of patients' progress. Rachel will treat patients of all ages at our Lancaster, WI clinic and at our Elm St. clinic inside of the Crescent Community Health building.
Prior to joining Unified Therapy Services, Rachel worked as a COTA for Aegis Therapies in Boscobel, WI.

Unified Therapy Announces Promotion of Four Team Members to Clinic Coordinator Roles

Unified Therapy is proud to announce the promotion of Katie Osterhaus, DPT, Lauren Hoover, OTR/L, Grace Austin, DPT, and Emily Schlender, PTA, to Clinic Coordinator. In addition to their ongoing responsibilities as dedicated therapists, they will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth, mentorship, and development of Unified Therapy's clinical team.
As Clinic Coordinators, they will oversee the onboarding and training of new therapists and students, ensuring a comprehensive and supportive learning experience. Their responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs aimed at enhancing performance, fostering professional development,
and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
