If the patient is ill please call to reschedule their appointment for a different date during the same or following week

Patients should not attend their scheduled therapy sessions if they:

  • Have a fever greater than 100.4 - they are not permitted to return to therapy until they are fever free for 24 hours without the use of fever reducing medication.
  • Have vomited from an illness in the last 12 hours.
  • Have had more than two diarrhea episodes in the last 12 hours.
  • Have severe cold symptoms such as frequent nasal drainage or coughing that will interrupt therapy progress.

If you suspect or know of head lice or exposure to bed bugs it is your responsibility to notify our Patient Care Coordinators immediately. Patients will not be allowed to return to therapy until the recommended treatments are completed.
